| Brain surgery becomes routine for the brain surgeon. I am all for diving in and learning something that interests when the opportunity presents itself...but not by myself on my engine in my prized sportscar. Another engine on the side, fine, but especially considering the sentiments expressed recently about projects dragging on for prolonged periods until it sours the experience of owning the car, I just can't see why it would be recommended to an engine assembly virgin to do it on the engine they currently are using in their car without issue.
